Ignacio Losada Carreno
Ignacio Losada Carreno is a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at ASU since August 2018. Prior to joining ASU, Ignacio obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oviedo, Spain and Northern Arizona University, respectively. During his master’s studies, Ignacio worked at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where he studied the impacts of climate change on wind and solar electricity generation. His research interests include modeling and simulation of large-scale interdependent energy systems, reliability of the power system, renewable energy integration and big data analytics.
